Is there a campaign against the BNP here? Yes, freedom of speech is a pesky thing isn't it, give it to people and they start saying all sorts of rude things, oh dear.

So they can say what they want, that's their right (within reason and within the new anti insight race hate crimes laws here in the UK) but breeching Adsense TOS.

I'm commentnig on the BNP's legal rights. No more and no less.

Adsense TOS are for Google to enforce (or not as the case may be) but personally I wouldn't be too concerned if the BNP lost access to their account for breeching the terms of service.

Which 'bad laws' are you referring to here? The ones in the UK dealing with incitement to racial hatred? I think the argument for such laws isn't that the things being said are 'rude' but they are more likely to, for instance, lead to violent attacks on non-whites. Bad laws need to be broken, but are you seriously suggesting that the BNP is taking a stance against a bad law here?!

previously i have sent a couple of such complaints to google and finally realized that they want to curb only webspam and not adsense spam.
