I've seen a fair amount of squirreliness in that tool, with results dancing around quite a bit on rapidly recurring tests of the same domain. So I suspect there may still be some debugging to be done before it's stable.

I'm not surprised that its the end goal, I just wasn't really sure if the article was stating that it simply is the end goal or if it is currently reality and the goal has been achieved.
